Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and RepurposeYourContent, a Cloud Present company, which runs Repurpose Studio (“we”, “us”). They cover the website at repurpose.studio, the app at app.repurpose.studio, and everything we make for you through them (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, paying for a plan or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you use the Service for a company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you can.
Questions about these terms: legal@repurposeyourcontent.com.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18. You need an account for most of the Service. Keep your login details safe and tell us straight away if someone else gets into your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
2. What the Service does
You give us a link to a podcast episode on YouTube, or upload a recording. We download and transcribe it, use AI to find moments worth posting, and turn them into carousels in your brand style. You can edit the carousels, download them, and post them to Instagram or Facebook accounts you connect.
We keep improving the Service, so features may change. If we remove something important from a paid plan, we will tell you first.
3. Your content
You own your content. That includes the episodes you give us, your logos, fonts and brand settings, and the carousels we make from them.
You give us permission to copy, store, process and change your content only as needed to run the Service for you: to download and transcribe the episode, send the transcript to our AI providers, make and store the carousels, and post them where you ask us to. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that sit in backups until they expire.
We do not use your content to train AI models.
You must have the rights. You confirm that you own the episodes and other material you give us, or have permission to use them this way, including permission from your guests. Do not give us a link to someone else’s show unless you have their permission.
Check before you post. The carousels use your guests’ words, but AI makes mistakes. It can take a quote out of context or get a fact wrong. You are responsible for reading every carousel before you publish it. We flag money, health and legal claims to help, but we do not check them for you.
4. Rules
Do not use the Service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- make content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading;
- send spam, or post to accounts you do not control;
- get around credit limits, watermarks, usage limits or security;
- scrape, copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or overload it with automated requests.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
5. Connected accounts
When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, you let us post to it, now or at times you schedule. Meta’s own terms also apply. You can disconnect at any time in the app or in your Meta settings. We are not responsible if Meta rejects, limits or removes a post, or changes its rules.
6. Plans, credits and payment
Free. You can make your first carousel without paying. Free downloads carry a watermark.
Paid plans. Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page and at checkout. A plan comes with a monthly allowance of credits. One credit covers one minute of episode, rounded up. Monthly credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. Credit packs you buy separately do not expire and stay with you if you cancel.
Billing. Plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Our payment processor handles your card details; we never see your full card number. Prices do not include tax unless the checkout says so.
Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change applies to you. It takes effect at your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Failed jobs. If an episode fails to process, the credits held for it go back to your balance.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing in the app. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and then it does not renew. See the Refund Policy for when you can get money back.
We may close an account that breaks these terms, or close the Service. If we close the Service, or your account without good reason, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.
8. Our property
The Service, its software, design and the Repurpose Studio name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them, other than to use the Service.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
9. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Service running and the carousels good, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any carousel will reach a particular number of people or bring results.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, or for any post you choose to publish.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Your responsibility to us
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you gave us or published through the Service, or because you broke these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you or tell you in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales decide any dispute, but if you are a consumer you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
Please talk to us first at legal@repurposeyourcontent.com. Most problems are easier to fix by email.
14. Other things
These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms to someone else without our permission. We may transfer them if the business is sold or reorganised.
